The largest regional conference on digital technologies in construction, DigiDeck25, will once again bring together leading domestic and international experts on November 6 at the Mozaik Event Center, with the goal of promoting digital technologies and processes in construction, architecture, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This year’s edition features top-level presentations, showcases of real-world projects, and hands-on workshops, focusing on examples of local and international projects, digital twins, artificial intelligence, and the role of engineers in implementing digital tools.

This year’s keynote speaker comes from Oslo, bringing insights from a Norwegian megaproject that raises the question: how do you design a billion-kroner metro without traditional drawings? Leading Norwegian BIM consultant Signe Marit Dahl Lakså from COWI, the company behind one of today’s most ambitious infrastructure projects, will share her experience with the Fornebu Metro Line and demonstrate how a multibillion-kroner megaproject can be designed almost entirely without conventional plans. Signe’s presentation, titled “A Billion-Krone Project Without Drawings (Almost)”, will showcase how complex infrastructure projects can be managed with minimal traditional project documentation.
On the main stage, the audience will also have the opportunity to hear from Drago Cmuk, whose talk “The Human Touch in the Age of AI – AI as a Good Servant, Bad Master” explores where the line between technology and human responsibility lies. Josip Rukavina will present innovative digital twins of underwater assets, while Antonio Nikolić, in his presentation “Digital Twin as a Game-Changer for Modular Data Centers”, will demonstrate how digital twins can become a key driver of transformation in the field of modular data centers.

In addition, the conference will highlight local projects that are reshaping the way we design and build. STRABAG representatives will present the Kranjčevićeva Stadium project, Investinženjering will discuss the application of BIM processes from a supervision perspective, and INOVEPRO will showcase the Čaporice Biogas Plant, designed using advanced BIM technologies. This year, in collaboration with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, representatives from the Centre for Digital Built Croatia will introduce the Guidelines for Digitization and Modernization of Construction Processes, further strengthening the strategic framework for digitalization in the construction sector.
Visitors will also be able to explore an extensive exhibition area, where solutions and products shaping the new era of construction will be showcased in one place. The audience will get acquainted with the most recognized market solutions for BIM modeling, project management, cost estimation, and 3D scanning, as well as have the opportunity to engage directly with leading companies that are already implementing digital technologies and processes in their work.

Educational stage powered by Algebra Bernays University
A special highlight of DigiDeck25 is the Educational Stage powered by Algebra Bernays University, designed for everyone seeking practical knowledge and direct insight into the latest technologies. The program features presentations that provide concrete insights into cutting-edge tools and practices.
The Educational Stage will offer two workshops aimed at designers, contractors, supervising engineers, and all industry professionals interested in learning the fundamentals of BIM and gaining insights into best practices for BIM coordination. Participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops on BIM basics (concept, application, methodology) and BIM coordination (standards, BEP, tools, CDE), conducted by Centre representatives Vedran Orešić (BIM4You), Filip Andabaka (Salterra), and Goran Anić (ATP Zagreb).
In addition to the workshops, a series of presentations called “This Is How I Do It” will showcase practical solutions and applications of digital technologies in construction. This session aims to provide participants with concrete examples of how digital technologies support engineers in their daily work, including topics such as the 3D Gaussian Splatting method, digital cost estimation, spatial modeling of underground structures, AI applications in everyday workflows, and more.
At the end of DigiDeck25, attendees will have the chance to unwind at the After Party powered by DOMinvest Group, offering a more informal networking opportunity.
This rich program demonstrates that DigiDeck25 is more than just a conference—it is a central hub where knowledge, technology, and the vision of the future of construction converge. From international infrastructure projects executed without traditional drawings, to digital twins transforming asset management, to hands-on workshops equipping participants with practical tools—DigiDeck25 offers content for anyone who wants to be part of the digital revolution in construction.
Attendees will gain first-hand experience with the latest technologies, learn from the best global and local practices, and build connections that open doors to new collaborations and projects.

DigiDeck25 is the place where the standards of the future are shaped, decisions that change industry practices are made, and new energy is born in the sector. Anyone who wants to understand the direction of the construction industry cannot afford to miss it.
