“This year’s DigiDeck24 puts a strong emphasis on practical solutions for today’s construction challenges through the use of digital technologies. Thanks to our collaboration with partners such as DCT, Urban Ideas, Amelicor Group, and Inovapro, we have designed a programme that focuses on expert presentations aimed at providing participants with new knowledge and innovative approaches. For those looking to gain even more value, we have prepared two exceptional three-hour workshops offering deep insights into advanced applications of AI and BIM technologies. You can expect the most content-rich and high-quality DigiDeck to date.”

Rich Programme – Applying Digital Technologies in Metro Construction, Building Permits, and Project Management
The organisers proudly present international speakers from Estonia, Germany, and Spain. Topics of particular interest to civil engineers will include the use of digital processes in the design of the Munich metro and monitoring bridges through BIM models.
The programme will also showcase the use of digital solutions in the design phase of the Justice Square project, presented this year by Urban Ideas. Amelicor Group and Inovapro will highlight applications of digital technologies in mechanical engineering. Superstroj Studio, John Sisk & Son, and DCT Croatia will share best practices in project management as well as in cost estimation and specification development.
A keynote by Drago Cmuk on the impact of digital transformation on the construction profession will open a new conference track titled Transforming Construction – People and Change.
This year we are also honoured to welcome Christopher Raitviir, Head of Digital Construction for the City of Tallinn, Estonia. Christopher will present the advanced system for automating building permits using BIM processes. Following his talk, Alen Grabar, representing the Ministry of Construction, Physical Planning and State Assets of Croatia, will provide an update on the latest developments in the ISPU system.
The full DigiDeck24 programme will soon be available on the conference website, and tickets can be secured through Entrio.
Specialised Expert Workshops with Limited Seats
This year’s DigiDeck24 will also offer participants the opportunity to attend specialised three-hour workshops as part of the conference programme.
One of the featured workshops is “AI Masterclass in Practice – ChatGPT is Just the Beginning!” led by Stjepan Mikulić, CEO of AI in AEC. This workshop focuses on the practical application of artificial intelligence in the construction industry, moving beyond theory to real-world implementation. Participants will gain an understanding of key AI concepts, practical ways to leverage AI tools (with a focus on ChatGPT), and learn how to develop custom LLM models using Custom GPTs.

In addition to the AI workshop, participants will have the opportunity to attend the expert workshop “Autodesk Revit – Practical Approach to Finding the Best Workflow,” led by Miloš Temerinski, CEO of Balkan Architect.
The workshop is divided into three segments:
- creating custom parameters,
- creating schedules/quantities, and
- implementing Revit plug-ins.
Participants will learn how to use custom parameters in Revit, how to create schedules and quantities, and how to select and implement the most popular plug-ins that enhance everyday workflows.
A workshop ticket includes access to both the workshop and the DigiDeck conference.
Exhibition Area
In addition to the speaker programme, visitors will also be able to explore the exhibition area, where they can discover the latest software and hardware solutions for the construction sector, as well as services from companies driving digitalisation and the adoption of digital processes.
Some of the featured exhibitors include: DCT Croatia, Urban Ideas, Inovapro, Amelicor Group, Strabag, Prior, Arhigon, Geocentar, Vertiv, ATP, STAS, ASEE, Geomatika Smolčak, and many others.
