On Friday, January 30, the fourth strategic meeting of the Centre for Digital Construction Croatia (CDI) was held at the premises of Algebra University Bernays. The meeting brought together the Centre\u2019s partners, representatives from industry, academia, and experts actively involved in the development and promotion of digital transformation in Croatia\u2019s construction sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The central part of the meeting focused on presenting the results of the elections for the Centre\u2019s new leadership, marking the start of a new four-year term for CDI\u2019s governing bodies. Monika Mlaki\u0107 was elected as the Chairperson of the Centre, while Marko Ga\u0161i\u0107 was appointed Vice-Chairperson. The Centre\u2019s Management Board now includes Katarina Sikavica, Maja-Marija Nahod, Maja Borovina Franki\u0107, Dejan Dragi\u0107, Bo\u0161ko Mi\u0161lov, Ivo Krezi\u0107, and Joseph Mady. The General Assembly re-elected Goran Ani\u0107, Vedran Ore\u0161i\u0107, Filip Andabaka, Luka Zalovi\u0107, and Damir \u017daja to continue their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new leadership expressed gratitude to partners and members for their trust and emphasized the importance of collaborative action in the period ahead. It was highlighted that CDI continues to aim to be a strong link between professional practice, academia, and the market, as well as a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the field of digital construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, proposals for the Centre\u2019s 2026 work program were presented. The program will soon be published on CDI\u2019s official website and will include a series of activities aimed at further strengthening the sector\u2019s competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strategic meeting concluded with an informal yet highly valuable professional segment \u2013 a site visit to the stadium construction on Kranj\u010devi\u0107eva Street. With the support of STRABAG Croatia, partners had the unique opportunity to witness a complex infrastructure project up close and to share insights on the practical application of modern technologies and digital solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
